All my life I have had a drive to paint and experiment with art. As a designer, this has channeled naturally into a love for graphic design. My hobby of painting has given me an excellent understanding of colour theory and composition, which certainly transfers into my graphic design work. However, a good graphic designer understands that one isn’t painting according to one’s own palette, but more to the taste and relevancy of their target audience.
